Teddy Bear Toss

WHEN: December 8th, 2018
TIME: Puck drop at 7pm

What is Teddy Bear Toss?

Teddy bears are tossed on to the ice to be donated to local nonprofts who give them to children in stressful situations.

How do you participate?

Simply bring a new or gently used teddy bears to the Rampage game on December 8th and throw it onto the ice after we score our first goal! We'll take care of the rest!

Who will the teddy bears be donated to?

This year's teddy bears will be donated to children at Family Service Association, Child Advocates San Antonio (CASA) and Teed Off at Cancer.

About the Nonprofits

Family Service Association was founded in 1903 to provide emergency assistance to families in crisis. It is the oldest agency in San Antonio dedicated to helping children, seniors and families. Today, this large human services agency helps more than 80,000 individuals a year.

Child Advocates San Antonio recruits, trains, and supervises court-appointed volunteer Advocates who provide constancy for abused and neglected children and youth while advocating for services and placement in safe and permanent homes. The efforts of CASA’s volunteer Advocates help ensure Bexar County’s foster children are receiving the necessary medical, developmental and educational attention they need.

Teed Off at Cancer is dedicated to improving the quality of life for children diagnosed with cancer. The program supports patients year-round with Hope Bags, blankets, meal cards to assist families as well as monetary donations.
