San Antonio Rampage General Manager Mike Santos announced today that the American Hockey League (AHL) club has recalled defenseman Keith Seabrook and forwards Garrett Wilson and Joe Devin from their ECHL affiliate, the Cincinnati Cyclones. In addition, the Rampage has recalled forwards David Marshall and Jake Hauswirth from their CHL affiliate, the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees.
Seabrook, 23, has appeared in four games with Cincinnati tallying one assist with the Cyclones this season. He rejoins the Rampage having played in one game with San Antonio this season on Oct. 21 vs. Peoria. The Delta, British Columbia native has skated in 142 career AHL games over the past three seasons (2009-12) with Abbotsford, Manitoba and San Antonio tallying 51 points (15 goals and 36 assists). He was selected by the Washington Capitals in the second round, 52nd overall, of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
Wilson, 20, has skated in four games with Cincinnati this season collecting two goals and three assists, which leads Cyclones forwards with five points. The Elmvale, Ontario native appeared in 191 career Ontario Hockey League (OHL) games collecting 94 goals and 89 assists split between the Owen Sound Attack (2008-11) and the Windsor Spitfire (2007-08). He was a member of the 2011 OHL Champion Owen Sound where he tallied 11 goals and 10 assists in 22 playoff games. He was selected by the Florida Panthers in the fourth round, 107th overall, of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
Devin, 24, has appeared in four games with Cincinnati this season posting one goal and one assist. The Scituate, Mass. native played in 116 career collegiate games with Cornell University (ECAC) over the course of four seasons (2007-11) collecting 37 goals and 27 assists.
Marshall, 26, has played in two games with the Rampage this season recording four penalty minutes. The Buffalo, Minn. native has skated in three games with Rio Grande Valley this season posting one goal and two assists. He has played in 71 career AHL games contributing nine goals and eight assists and appeared in 11 AHL playoff games last season with the Penguins.
Hauswirth, 23, has skated in four games with Rio Grande Valley recording two goals this season. The Houghton, Mich. native has played in 111 career ECHL games collecting 29 goals and 33 assists over the course of two seasons with South Carolina (2009-11) and Cincinnati (2010-11).
The Rampage will return to the ice on Saturday, Nov. 5 to host the Toronto Marlies at 7 p.m. at the AT&T Center. Saturday’s game features Face-Off Against Kids Cancer Night in which the team will wear specially themed jerseys that will be auctioned off after the game to benefit the Face-Off Against Kids Cancer program.
