The San Antonio Rampage will officially open their 10th American Hockey League (AHL) season at home on Saturday, October 8 at 7 p.m., at the AT&T Center as they host the Chicago Wolves.

The Rampage will play a total of 76 games (38 home, 38 away) with a fan-friendly home schedule featuring 29 weekend dates (10 Fridays, 11 Saturdays and 8 Sundays). All regular season games can be heard on the Rampage’s flagship station KTKR “The Ticket” 760 AM (subject to conflicts) with Dan Weiss serving as the voice of the Rampage.
The Rampage will be one of 30 teams competing for the Calder Cup and will face 14 opponents this season. The Rampage will square off against the Charlotte Checkers for the first time in franchise history and will welcome the Rochester Americans to the AT&T Center for the first time since the 2008-09 season.
The Rampage will face their two in-state rivals, the Texas Stars and Houston Aeros, 12 times each (six games at home, six games away). The Rampage’s first road game will be against the Houston Aeros at Toyota Center on Saturday, Oct. 15 and will close the regular season against the Oklahoma City Barons on April 15 at the AT&T Center.
The Rampage are part of the realigned five-team West Division and will play 40 games against their division opponents. The Western Conference consists of three divisions – North Division, Midwest Division, West Division - in which the Rampage play all 76 games against their Conference opponents including 14 games against the North Division and 22 games against Midwest Division opponents.
The season begins with eight of 10 games played at the AT&T Center. Throughout the season the Rampage will tackle nine sets of three games in three nights and 12 back-to-back contests. The Rampage’s annual Rodeo road trip will feature an 11-game odyssey in a 23-day span comprising approximately 7,321 miles.
