FAN-tastic Friday

The Rampage are pleased to announce FAN-tastic Friday for all of our fans who “Like” us on Facebook. Each Friday throughout the offseason, we will pick one fan to highlight on both Facebook and sarampage.com. Fans will be playing for fabulous Rampage prizes each week and will be entered into a Fan Playoff. Once 20 fans have been highlighted we will begin Fan Playoffs in which all Rampage fans will vote on the match ups through Facebook. One lucky fan will be voted as the most FAN-tastic and will win a team autographed stick.

This week’s FAN-tastic Friday winner is Jeff Fergerson!

How long have you been a Rampage fan?
My family and I moved back to San Antonio in 2004 and have been Rampage fans since.

What is your favorite thing about going to Rampage games?
We love the family atmosphere and the fun. Games are reasonably priced and the views are incredible. We know our team is a farm club for the Phoenix Coyotes and we cheer the Coyotes on as well. We love it when one of our Rampage players gets moved up to the big leagues. My kids love the Chick-fil A cow drop. My daughter has caught 2 of the cows so far. We are watching the Stanley Cup finals now as well as cheering for the Houston Aeros in the Calder Cup chase.

Who is your favorite player?
I am a goalie lover! If I were to play hockey, I would want to be the goalie. We have had some great goalies this year and we have even had a few move up to play with the Coyotes. I really enjoyed watching Matt Climie work his magic in the net.

What is your best memory from the 2010-11 season?
Right now my greatest memory is being given the honor of being selected to be in the FAN-tastic Friday Spotlight. Another great memory was listening on the internet the night Brett MacLean scored his hat trick vs the Crunch back in February.

What are you most looking forward to in the 2011-12 season?
I look forward to some great games in the 2011-2012 season. My family and I will be cheering the Rampage on as we chase the Calder Cup next year and maybe just maybe I can talk my wife into season tickets. I love you Kimberly....maybe that will help.
