Rampage Athletic Trainer

Walker joins the Rampage from the Everett Silvertips of the Western Hockey League (WHL) where he spent the past four seasons serving as the head athletic trainer. Prior to joining the Silvertips, Walker spent the 2006-07 season working as the assistant athletic trainer for the New Mexico Scorpions of the Central Hockey League (CHL). While completing his Masters of Science at the University of New Mexico, he served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer (2005-07) where he worked with various programs. A native of St. Paul, Minn., Walker spent 2004-05 completing a season-long internship with the Minnesota Timberwolves (NBA) and also interned with the St. Paul Saints Baseball Cub (2004). As an undergrad at St. Cloud University, he worked with both the men’s and the women’s ice hockey teams as well as with their football and basketball teams.
