Panthers Recall Clemmensen, Rampage Recall Madore

SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers Executive Vice President and General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the club has recalled G Scott Clemmensen from San Antonio (AHL). 
Clemmensen, 36, has appeared in 17 games with Florida this season posting a 6-7-1 record. He also has played in eight games for San Antonio (AHL) this year going 3-5-0. The Des Moines, IA native has played in 120 games for Florida (2009-2014) compiling a 40-39-18 record with a 2.88 GAA. 
For his career in the National Hockey League, he has played in 188 games for New Jersey (2001-2007 & 2008-2009), Toronto (2007-2008) and Florida with a 73-59-23 mark, 2.77 GAA and a .906 save percentage.
Florida hosts the Toronto Maple Leafs tonight at 7:30 p.m. The game can be seen live on Fox Sports Florida and heard on 560 WQAM and ESPN 106. 3 FM.

Additionally, the Rampage have recalled goaltender Rob Madore from the team’s ECHL affiliate, the Cincinnati Cyclones.
Madore, 25, has spent the majority of his time this season with Cincinnati, where he is currently 17-12-1 through 32 games, posting a 2.73 goals against average and a .908 save percentage. He has posted two shutouts for the Cyclones. Through five games with the Rampage this season, Madore has gone 1-2-1 with a 3.23 goals against average and a .906 save percentage.
The 5-foot-10, 176-pound netminder split time last year with the Evansville Icemen (ECHL), the Florida Everblades (ECHL), and the Charlotte Checkers in his second professional season. He made his professional debut with Chicago (ECHL) during the 2010-11 season.
Prior to turning pro, Madore played four years (2008-12) at the University of Vermont and finished his career ranked second all-time in saves (3,352) for the Catamounts.
The Rampage travel to Cedar Park to battle the Texas Stars at 7:30 p.m. on Friday night, the final road game of the season for San Antonio. The Silver and Black return to the AT&T Center on Saturday at 7 p.m. as they host the Stars for Military Appreciation Night.
