By: San Antonio Rampage Media Relations
04/02/2013 10:34 AM -

SAN ANTONIO (April 2, 2013) – Florida Panthers Executive VP/General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the club has recalled forward Greg Rallo from the San Antonio Rampage (AHL). In conjunction, the Rampage have recalled forward Anthony Luciani and goaltender Brian Foster from the Cincinnati Cyclones, the club’s ECHL affiliate.

Rallo, 31, earns his second recall of the year to the Florida Panthers. The Gurnee, Ill., native played in three games for the Panthers (March 24-28), logging 22:16 of ice time in that span. The 6-foot, 195-pound forward leads the Rampage in goals (22) and is third on the club in points (38) in 63 games for the Silver and Black. Rallo made his NHL debut with the Panthers on Dec. 18, 2011.

Luciani, 22, has tallied four goals and 12 assists in 29 games for the Cyclones this season. The 5-foot-8, 190-pound forward played two games with the Rampage last season and fell one point shy of tallying 50 points for the Cyclones last season in 54 games (26 goals, 23 assists). Luciani made his professional debut during the 2010-11 season for the Rochester Americans and played in three games, tallying two goals and one assist.

Foster, 26, made his first start of the season for the Rampage in Friday’s 4-1 win over Grand Rapids and stopped a career-high 39 of 40 shots en route to being named First Star of the Game. Foster surrendered three goals in Saturday’s 4-1 defeat at Charlotte in his second start of the year for the Rampage. He has appeared in 32 games for the Cyclones this season and owns a 19-7-4 record. The 6-foot-2, 186-pound goaltender also sports a 0.907 save percentage and a 2.67 goals-against average for Cincinnati. Foster was drafted by the Panthers in the fifth round (161 overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.

The Rampage will face the Chicago Wolves at 7 p.m. tonight (Tuesday) on an All-You-Can-Eat Game at AT&T Center. Tickets for all remaining Rampage home games start at $10 and can be purchased at the AT&T Center Southeast Box Office, by calling a Rampage representative at 210-444-5554 or online at sarampage.com.
